IV Conditions of Payment
1. SIE prospective students must transfer one year tuition fee before they will be given original documents for visa interview at the Chinese Embassy in their country of residence.
2. If a SIE student secured visa and entered China, but he or she decided not to study atour university, the one year tuition fee will be forfeited.
3. If any of SIE students does not get a visa, the tuition fee will be refunded.
4. Tuition and accommodation fees should be paid to the university bank account directly

VI Application Procedures
1. Download SIE Application Form.docx.
2. Submit thefollowing documents by emailing us at studyatsie@163.com:
①ApplicationForm
②One2-inch color photo
③The first page (with photo) and one blank page of the passport
④Diplomaand transcript of high school
3.Once admitted, applicants pay the Registration Fee of 700 yuan to SIE.
4.SIE sends the Admission Notice and JW202 Form to the enrolled applicants.
5.Applicants apply for an entry visa to China by presenting the above-mentioned documents, personal passports and the Physical Examination Records to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their respectivecountries.
